We’re looking for friendly, hardworking coffee lovers to join the Roasties team and help keep our little cafe buzzing.

This role is all about crafting delicious drinks, creating great experiences for our customers, keeping the bar stocked and organized, and jumping in wherever the team needs you.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, communication, cleanliness, and consistency matter. We love people who take pride in the little details, care about quality, and bring good energy to every shift.

Previous barista or cafe experience is preferred.

Tentative Schedule (approx. 28-33 hours/week):
Wednesday: 5:30am-12pm
Thursday: 5:30am-12pm
Select Fridays: 8am-1pm
Saturday: 8am-3:30pm
Sunday: 8am-3:30pm

Pay starts at $14/hr + pooled tips (typically adding an additional $10-$12/hr).
