Meet Melinda and Josh, the (slightly over-caffeinated) duo behind Roasties, Macungie’s favorite coffee shop! They’re serving up freshly brewed happiness, one cup at a time.

After years in the corporate world, Melinda traded the desk life for her dream of running a coffee shop. With five kids, three dogs, two cats, and one very patient husband, life is always a bit chaotic, but they wouldn’t have it any other way.
